Well I Say
I need to climb higher, this ice is so hard. I must get to the top.
Well hello there. When did you land?
I had to do it the hard way, carving paw holds every inch of the way. My poor claws will take days to recover. At least the view is better from up here. You normally only land on ship masts. So I guess that we are alone. I have to say your feathers look almost as bedraggled as my fur. Yep I know that we are both famished. But who’s need is greater. Time will tell.
In this weeks prompt I saw an iceberg !
A predator with a distinctly philosophical outlook
That is so true, but the bird is getting ready to fly
Dear Michael,
Interesting dialogue. Between a bird and an animal, I presume.

One is a polar bear, as for the other individual, I the reader may decide. Myself I wonder if it is a sailor
Polar bear and albatross? I wonder who prevails!
The albatross hopes to spy a sailing ship, and return to the Southern Hemisphere
Interesting story. I wonder who will prevail.
I think that the polar bear is being carried far away from his natural hunting grounds, he is in the weakest position
Survival of the fittest? uh-oh.
The polar bear is in the weakest position as the ice berg is carrying him far away from his natural hunting ground.
Wonder if they will be able to help each other out.
That is an interesting idea… for the story to be carried on
They’re both a bit out of their element, perhaps. Time to go back down!
Certainly now I and my present dog would struggle.
