The Hat
Joseph wore it with aplomb, he wore it so well that it became his trade mark, along with his mournful face. Born in Piqua Kansas in 1895 his dead pan expression earned him the title of, The great stone face. He first appeared on stage as a three year old as part of a family troupe, and soon realised that a pained dead panned face gained him more laughs, than a smile as his father threw him around the stage. That pained face and his nickname Buster where later joined by a modified pork pie hat. R.I.P Buster Keaton. 1895-1966.
