Radio Mike
Yes folks the snow has arrived, the rides are open, the skiing is good. Come on now and hit the slopes. Just watch out for the abominable snowman. He has left Nepal and come here looking for Big Foot’s sister. They say he needs a mate: that may be the case. But in the meantime grab a camera and be the first to grab a great photo opportunity. But be careful as he is listening in for snippets of conversation, for he has taken up writing flash fiction.
Very amusing, Michael
Thank you sir, I will take that as a complement, as I rarely manage to write amusing story lines.
My daughter swears she saw Bigfoot as we took the cog rail to the top of Pikes Peak. She was about 7 or 8 years old at the time, and highly imaginative; however, you never know. Thanks for the early morning smile.
It is lovely the way young children have the ability to visualise such images, I hope she was not scared. So pleased you smiled, as that makes writing worthwhile. Pikes Peak sounds interesting.
Enthralled is more like it. This was many, many years ago. It is a beautiful place. 14,000 ft up. Best part is the hot cholate at the top because it can be freezing even in the summer.
Pike Peak, on now on my to do list. Hot chocolate and oxygen booked.
You don’t look that hairy.
Your comment made me smile, thank you James.
Ha ha ha, that was a fun, quirky one Michael.
So pleased you enjoyed it, mike
I can just see Big foot hunched over the keyboard, trying to punch the keys with those big fingers. Well done.
Sadly he has not learnt how to switch the computer on, so his typing is wasted.
