Benjamin remembered a cellar being flooded by blue light, and his father ordering him to run. The smell of the ocean, gasping for air.
Now he drifted with the ocean current, talked with the creatures of the deep. Learned about humanity’s fight with earths alien invaders. How he had been chosen, altered. So he could turn the tide and repair the planet. How the detritus littering the ocean floor had been used to protect him..
Run Benjamin run.
I hope Benjamin succeeds, I’m on his side!
Iain, Benjamin needs all help he can yet,
If the aliens chose and altered him, fair play to them
Neil, your comment has stimulated for me, an alternative vision of this characters story… by the way that is great
If the planet’s in Benjamin’s paws, I think it’ll be OK. Maybe let the alien’s finish off the humans first though, there’s a good boy!
Jennifer, I felt the pat on my head.
Mer-dog?
Yes Benjamin needs calories galore
Go Benny!
Benjamin says that he will try
Dear Michael,

I’m intrigued by humanity’s fight with alien invaders. -Angela
It is a very complex story, which I am struggling to handle
I’m glad there has been some good use for the awful trash that’s accumulated on the ocean floor. Your choice of character is so creative (and cute). Go, Benjamin!
Thank you Brenda, I am intrigued to know how the trash on the ocean floor ends up.
Who better than a friendly dog to fix the problems of the world!
True, he can not do worse than humanity at the present time
Oh, dear! Good luck, Benjamin!
Even I will need luck to untangle Benjamins story
Good dog. Great read
Benjamin is glad to hear that you enjoyed hearing about his travels
