A Web of Control

Interlocking they built. No not a Mausoleum. Blue needed Benjamin keeping alive. For without a live human, the Ai’s could not understand their roots. How human’s had taken millennium’s to developed from chipping rock to building computers. How microscopic oceanic bacteria had combined with a computer. Now after one century, the resulting Ai known as Blue, controlled everything. Percolating and filtering. Now the oceans thrived again.
Oh! A benevolent AI. That would be nice.
Thank you, Ai technology, is a leap into the unknown,
All those years to evolve, to the point where we find multiple ways to destroy ourselves, Ai, climate or war, take your pick.
Thank you for commenting Iain. I hope that I got Blue out of my muse, and can write in another genre
This AI has decided there’s a higher order moral duty than obeying humans. And who could really blame it?
We will not be able to blame it… Neil
Nothing to be afraid of then, this AI
Maybe, possibly, well maybe I am unsure.
It has taken all those years for AI to arise. Well done.
Connie thank you
I think humans will see a day when AI is running the show. Let’s hope it is as benevolent as Blue.
I certainly hope so…
Dear Michael,
Sounds like a terrifying future.
Shalom,
Rochelle
Possibly so, the jury is out, according to my muse
Good use of AI in your story.
I and the Ai say thank you Dawn
It seems we do need someone or thing to intervene on our behalf or we’re doomed.
I hope that we will benefit from Ai technology
