It has been decided that the caverns of Diamond are to be flooded. With the aim of relieving the Oceanic pressure created by global warming. All citizens of Diamond will be transferred to quarters on earth’s moon. You have no choice in this matter, if you do not comply the earth’s ocean will breach the flood barriers protecting the Antarctic, and flood Diamond within a decade.
It has been decided that all workers from Diamond will be given new duty rota’s when they reach the moon. All those presently working at Moon base One will be transferred to Mars.

Its funny how your AI writes in a very bureaucratic tone, much like a directive from a school district or puckic agency. No emotion, no compassion. This leaves us wondering about the fate of humanity.
