Darkness covers Neptune, it seems to be a world of ice. Deep vents allow access to a shadowless landscape. Yet if one could shine a powerful beam of light, areas of a vibrant greenness would appear. Whilst on the extreme fringes of the beam, might be seen the deep black figures. Nebulous shadowy and ill defined, but vaguely human in outline. Even the dragons of Saturn averted their eyes. Saying a failure to do so, turned one to ice. A ice that was harder than stone. Now they say as Neptune warms up, we should fear what is to be released…
